Ich such eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für ab sofort oder spätestens ab 01.07.18. Ich bin selber ab dem 16.06.18 auf einer längeren Reise, d.h. von dem Zeitraum Mitte Juni bis Ende August wäre die Wohnung frei. Einzugstermin kann man relativ flexibel ausmachen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Das Gästezimmer hat ein großes Bett (160x200), Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Schrank für Ordner oder Schuhe und eine Kommode. Die Küche verfügt über eine große Arbeitsfläche und allen nötigen elektronischen Geräten wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd etc. Es gibt eine kleine Essecke mit Blick in den Park. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch, auch als Schlafcouch zu benutzen, Sessel, Minibar, Wohnzimmertisch und einem Zutritt auf den Balkon. Von dort aus blickt man ins Grüne. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine Hängematte.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Fenster.
Optimal ist die nahe Lage an den Rhein und zum Park. Ideal zum Joggen oder Grillen.
Die nächste Tramstation ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auf der Berlinerstrasse erreicht man schnell Bäckereien, Drogeriemarkt, Poststelle, Wochenmarkt, Supermärkte usw.
Kulturell wird auch einiges geboten im Palladium, Kulturbunker, Limes Bar, Cafe Jakubowski...
Rauchen kein Problem, aber auf dem Balkon... ;-)
