Ich werde im Ausland (wegen Arbeit) von Dezember 2018 bis März 2019 sein. Auf dieses Grund suche ich ein Mieter für diese Zeitraum.
Die Wohnung ist komplett mobliert. Es hat 1 großes Wohnzimmer mit ein schönes Balkon, eine Kuche (anderen Raum) und eine Toilette. Der Hausmeister kummert sehr gut von den ganzen Gebäude.
Alle kosten sind Inklusiv in die Mietpreis.

I will be abroad (due to work) from December 2018 to March 2019. For this reason I am looking for a person to take over my apartment for this period of time.
The apartment is completely furnished. It has 1 big bedroom with a nice balcony, 1 separate kitchen and 1 bathroom. The landlord takes really good care from the building.
All the costs are included in the provided price.
(DEUTSCH) Sehr gute Verbindung zu die Stadt (7 Minuten laufzeit zu den Köln-Mülheim Bahnhof - 7 Minuten per Sbahn zu Köln HBF und 14 Minuten per Ubahn zu Altstadt).
Es gibt auch eine gute Verbindung zu die Leverkusen Chempark (6 Minuten per Sbahn).
Natürlich gibt es auch gute Verbindugen zu viele andere orte mit die Buse.
In der nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte: Kaufland (8 Minuten), Rewe (7 Minuten), Aldi (10 Minuten).
(ENGLISH) Really good connections to the city (7 minute walk to the Köln-Mülheim stations - 7 minutes with Sbahn to Köln Main Station and 14 with the metro to the old town)
Also, if you work in the Leverkusen Chempark, it is quite convenient (6 minutes with the Sbahn from Köln-Mülheim stop)
There are also really good bus connections to other spots in the surroundings.
In the surroudings there are many supermarkets: Kaufland (8 minutes), Rewe (7 minutes), Aldi (10 minutes).
