Die Wohnung ist dank großer Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Weiterhin ist sie sehr gut in Nähe des Mülheimer Bahnhofs gelegen. Dieser ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Bis zum Wiener Platz sind es ca. 10 min Fußweg.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet sondern nur für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson geeignet. Die Besitzer suchen ruhige Mieter. Bei Studenten ist eine Elternbürgschaft notwendig.
