da wir zum 01.07. unsere WG auflösen, wird unsere schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung frei. Die Wohnung bietet ein helles Tageslichtwannenbadezimmer, eine Wohnküche mit Herd, Spüle und Waschmaschine (Miele), einen Südwestbalkon, eine Abstellkammer sowie ein 18qm- und ein 22qm-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock des frisch sanierten Hauses und liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein trockener und geräumiger Kellerraum.
Zu Fuß dauert es rund 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, 7 Minuten zur Haltestelle Subbelrather Straße/Gürtel und 5 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle Liebigstraße sowie zum nächsten Rewe.
2 Bushaltestellen sind sogar noch schneller zu erreichen.
Wir fanden es hier immer super, weil es sehr ruhig ist, man aber trotzdem Parks, Kneipen, Clubs und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke hat.
