The apartment has about 80 sqm, has a living room with an open kitchen and a balcony with a view on the Mediapark and the Colonius.
There are two seperate bedrooms, both around 18-20 sqm, one of them with a balcony to a calm backyard, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small guest bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished, both rooms have a double bed. The kitchen is also fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
It would be a good fit for a couple, a small family or a two people flat share.
liegt direkt am Mediapark, Ehrenfeld und das Belgische Viertel sind nicht weit.
Viele Parks und auch Spielplätze sind in fußläufiger Umgebung.
Die Christophstr/Mediapark Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt, mit Straßenbahnlinien 12 und 15. Die S-bahn Haltestelle Hansaring ist nur 6 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is located in front of Mediapark, Ehrenfeld and the belgisches Viertel and a couple of parks and playgrounds are at walking distance.
The Christophstrasse/Mediapark metro station is 5 minutes away on foot. Furthermore the Hansaring train station is only 6 minutes away. You can reach the Cologne main station in about 10 minutes and the airport in 30.
Wir planen vom 15.2.2020 bis zum 15.5.2020 im Ausland zu sein und suchen dementsprechend im besten Fall jemanden für die gesamten 3 Monate, solltet Ihr nur für einen kürzeren meldet euch trotzdem gerne.
Da alle unsere Verträge weiter laufen lassen würden ist der Mietpreis all inklusive; also inkl. Warmwasser, Strom, Internet und GEZ.
We will be abroad from 15.2.2020 until 15.05.2020 and we would prefer someone who could rent the entire three months. But if you are looking to stay for a shorter period or you can only move on a later date, feel free to write us anyway, maybe we can figure something out.
