The apartment is located in the heart of Agnesviertel, close to popular bars like Suderman, very good restaurants and cafes. It’s a very nice and lively neighborhood, still on the building is located on a very calm street and the apartment is facing the yard.
The apartment has a big kitchen, one bedroom and one living room with a nice balcony. Bathroom with a window (learned that’s important in Germany 😉) and a bath tub.
