Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, großem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und separater kleiner Küche, sowie einem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für Paare oder Singles geeignet, WG-untauglich.
Die Lage ist unmittelbar zur Universität und zur Zülpicher Straße. Eine Straße weiter liegt der Rathenauplatz und ein Steinwurf entfernt der Aachener Weiher. Das Haus wird von sehr netten und toleranten Mietern bewohnt.
Am Sonntag den 5.12.10 findet der einmalige Besichtigungstermin statt. Bitte meldet euch vorher per Mail!
