Die zentralgelegene (unmittelbare Nähe von Belgischen Viertel) helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Altbau für 30 Tage zu vermieten. Ich bin 1 Monat unterwegs und möchte meine Wohnung zeitlich in die guten Hände übergeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr gute Lage südlich von Rudolfplatz und um die Ecke von Rathenauplatz. Die Nachbarschaft bietet sehr gutes Gastro- und Kulturangebot, sowie Kölner Shoppingviertel ist gut zu erreichen (X-Mas Sale und WSV nicht vergessen!). Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, hat neues Badezimmer und komplette Küche. Das Bett (halbfest Futonbett) ist 120cm breit, für Gäste/Kinder kann man Luftmatratze (140cm breit) nutzen. Es gibt KEIN TV und Internetanschlüß in der Wohnung! Die Wohnung, wie gesagt, ist für 30 Tage zu vermieten (350 Euro), aber man kann sie für kürzere Zeit (20 Euro/Nacht, mind. 200 Euro) nach Absprache haben. Ich freue mich über Ihre Fragen, LG, Sasha.
