Sie liegt direkt zwischen Zülpicherplatz, Barbarossaplatz und Süd-Bahnhof. Also sehr zentral und bestens angebunden.
Das große Wohnzimmer liegt nach vorne und hat eine offene Küche, mit großem Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, kleinem Ofen und Spülmaschine.
Ansonsten im Wohnzimmer: Tisch, Stühle, Sofa, Fernseher (gerade ohne DVBT2), Musikanlage,...
Es gibt ein kleines aber frisch renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Nach hinten raus und deshalb sehr ruhig liegt das Schlafzimmer mit anliegendem Balkon.
Ich überlasse die Wohnung möbliert für 1,5 Monate und suche eine*n zuverlässige*n Untermieter*in.
Ggf. kann die Wohnung auch etwas länger übernommen werden.

Wohnung liegt dierekt (3 Minuten) zum Zülpicherplatz (Linien 9/12/15) und zum Barbarossaplatz (linien 16/18) und zum Südbahnhof (RE).
Biomarkt und Rewe, Bäcker und Kneipen, alles direkt um die Ecke.
