Suche ab sofort Nachmieter für meine schöne 45qm Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 12) Eifelplatz ist 200 m entfernt. zum Bahnhof Süd sind es 5 Minuten und zur Uni etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche (Schränke, Herd, Kühlschrank) die für VB 400 € übernommen werden sollte. Was andere Möbel anbelangt (Bett, Sofa, TV-Schrank usw.) können diese bei Gefallen günstig miterworben werden.
Im Bad liegt PVC , im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Teppichboden. Beide wurden beim Einzug (September 2005) verlegt. Sind so gut wie neu da ich kaum Zuhase gewesen bin.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf ingesammt 454,- € warm.
