Suche ab sofort Nachmieter für meine schöne 45qm Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 12) Eifelplatz ist 200 m entfernt. zum Bahnhof Süd sind es 5 Minuten und zur Uni etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche (Schränke, Herd, Kühlschrank) die für VB 400 € übernommen werden sollte. Was andere Möbel anbelangt (Bett, Sofa, TV-Schrank usw.) können diese bei Gefallen günstig miterworben werden.
Im Flur befindet sich ein Großer Einbauschrank welcher zur Wohnung gehört.
Im Bad liegt PVC, im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Teppichboden. Beide wurden beim Einzug (September 2005) verlegt. Sind so gut wie neu da ich kaum Zuhause gewesen bin.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf insgesamt 454,- € warm. Die Wohnung wäre ab sofort zu haben. Solltet ihr noch Fragen haben könnt ihr mich gerne anrufen. Da ich Tagsüber im Geschäft bin sprecht mir bitte auf die Mailbox
