Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne und zentrale Altbauwohnung mit Stuck und großer Wohnküche. Sie verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne+WC sowie ein separates Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung liegt 11min vom Uni-Hauptgebäude, 3min vom Aachener Weiher, 7min vom Südbahnhof / Zülpicher Strasse und 5 Minuten von der Haltestelle Moltkestraße entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars etc. gibt es reichlich. Das Belgische Viertel ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir möchten noch im Dezember umziehen und suchen einen Nachmieter zum 01.01.2018 (ggfs. etwas eher). Übernahme der großen Küche inkl. allen Geräten (auch Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank) für 3.000€ und des Kleiderschranks (Ikea Pax mit Spiegeltür) für 150€ ist erwünscht.
