Schöne Wohnung in der Südstadt! Ich wohne nun seit 7 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und ich liebe sie. 2 Min vom Chlodwigplatz entfernt in einer Nebenstraße. Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Altbaus. Man hat einfach alles direkt vor der Haustür und es ist trotzdem ruhig.
Ich suche:
Ich suche eine größere Wohnung in der Südstadt, Lindenthal, Belgisches Viertel oder Sülz. Sie sollte mindestens 45 qm groß sein, einen Balkon haben und nicht mehr als 850€ warm kosten. Zudem möchte ich mehrere Sachen in der Wohnung belassen wie: Kleiderschrank, Küche, Vorhänge, Schrank im Bad, Tisch und Stühle in der Küche und ggf. die Couch. Dafür hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 2.500€.
Es werden keine Anfragen beantwortet, wenn kein Tausch in Frage kommt.
