Die Wohnung liegt in Köln-Niehl. Die Endhaltestelle der Linie 16 (Niehl, Sebastianstraße) ist fußläufig erreichbar und ca. 10 Minuten vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind gut erreichbar.

Rental conditions:

• Rental period: Feast from early September 2025 until the end of February 2027
• Hot rent: 1250 € per month
• The warm rental includes all additional costs, i.e. heating, water, garbage, electricity, internet and radio.
• Deposit: 2.300 €

We are looking for a reliable rental party (1 – 2 persons) that deals with our apartment, non-smoking and without pets. Since we want to leave our plants behind, there should be a willingness to pour them.

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige Mietpartei (1 – 2 Personen), die mit unserer Wohnung pfleglich umgeht, Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere. Da wir unsere Pflanzen zurücklassen wollen, sollte die Bereitschaft vorhanden sein, diese auch zu gießen.
