Die Wohnung ist eine gemütliche Altbauwohnung sie hat 3 Zimmer, eines davon ein Durchgangszimmer, kleine Küche und Bad mit Badewanne, kleiner abstellraum im Hausflur, mit Platz für eine Toplader Waschmaschine, außerdem Möglichkeit zur Hofnutzung (Sitzfläche im Freien).
Wir vermieten die Wohnung für ca. 1 Jahr, danach ist sie zur Eigennutzung vorgesehen.
Die Uerdingerstraße liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in Nippes. Bus S-Bahn und Bahn sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Günflache ist fast anliegend.
Gas und Elektrizität werden von den Mietern selber angemeldet und direkt gezahlt (das sind die geschätzen 200€ Kosten. Das Hausgeld (Müllabfuhr, Gebühren an die Stadt etc.) sind in den 95€ enthalten, diese werden genau abgerechnet und aufgeführt.
