Intermediate rent: cozy apartment over the roofs of Nippes Zwischenmiete: gemütliche Wohnung über den Dächern von Nippes

The apartment is only rented to an individual. Important: This flat is just for one person!

The exact arrival and withdrawal dates can be agreed individually. There are the following possibilities:

2 weeks: 500,- Euro (incl. NK)
4 weeks: 1000,- Euro (incl. NK)

The apartment consists of a large living room, one bedroom, long hallway, chic new bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen, incl. Washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is located in the 4th floor without elevator, there are no direct neighbors, especially in the morning it is nicely bright. I fully equipped the apartment with real wood parquet. Bicycles can be parked in the yard, laundry can be suspended on the attic. Overall, it is a really cozy attic apartment. It's all you need :-) Except: Wlan!

For a rental period of two weeks, it would be important to me that you could take care of my many plants (max. 1x/week pour).

Der exakte Ein- und Auszugs Termin kann individuell vereinbart werden. Folgende Möglichkeiten gibt es:

2 Wochen: 500,- Euro (inkl. NK)

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, langer Flur, schickes neues Bad mit Dusche und einer geräumigen Wohnküche, inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG ohne Aufzug, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, besonders morgens ist es schön hell. Die Wohnung habe ich komplett mit Echtholzparkett ausgestattet. Im Hof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden, auf dem Dachboden kann Wäsche aufgehangen werden. Insgesamt ist es eine wirklich gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht :-) Außer: Wlan!

Bei einer Vermietung ab zwei Wochen wäre mir bloß wichtig, dass du dich etwas um meine vielen Pflanzen kümmern könntest (Max. 1x/Woche gießen).
