From August to mid-November I am working abroad and renting my apartment.

I am looking for a responsible person who has the apartment in the time of 11.08. up to 08.11.2025 (data still slightly flexible) wants to rent and deals with the living space and the plants reliably and carefully. A liability insurance is indispensable.

The beautiful and bright two-room apartment is suitable for one person or couple. The apartment was renovated in 2020.

The apartment consists of kitchen, hallway, a large living/dining room (25 m2), bathroom and one bedroom (17 m2).

The spacious living and dining room connects to the south-facing balcony and is very bright. The covered balcony is equipped with table, chairs, hammock and awning and you have a great view of the park.
The bedroom is quiet, the mattress is 1.4 x 2.0 m tall and new. There's no wardrobe, just a coat rack and a dresser.

The lovely medium-sized flat is a perfect location for a couple or a single person. It's located on the first floor in central Cologne on a quiet side street. It's been refurbished in 2020, there is new wooden flooring, a new kitchen, etc., and it is very bright due to the big windows.
The bedroom is equipped with a student-style bed: a new and comfortable French bed (140 x 200 cm) on a slatted frame.
In the south spacious-facing living room, you can relax on a leather sofa, enjoy dinner in the dining area, or work on the desk next to George, the giant monstera plant. Through the big windows of the living room and connected balcony, you have a great view of a park.
The flat has Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen (except for a microwave). The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The surrounding area of the flat is calm, and in the summer, you'll hear plenty of birds in the morning.

Von August bis Mitte November bin ich beruflich im Ausland und vermiete meine Wohnung.

Ich suche eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, welche die Wohnung in der Zeit von 11.08. bis 08.11.2025 (Daten noch etwas flexibel) untermieten möchte und zuverlässig sowie sorgfältig mit dem Wohnraum und den Pflanzen umgeht. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist unabdingbar.

Die schöne und helle Zweizimmerwohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet. Die Wohnung wurde 2020 saniert.

Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Flur, einem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer (25 m²), Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer (17 m²).

Das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer schließt an den Südbalkon an und ist sehr hell. Der überdachte Balkon ist mit Tisch, Stühlen, Hängematte und Markise ausgestattet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Park.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig, die Matratze ist 1,4 x 2,0 m groß und neu. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Kleiderstange und Kommode.
