- Kosten: 460€ + Strom/Gas (derzeit bei mir ~50€)
- 2 Zimmer
- kleine Küche
- alter Gasherd
- kleiner Balkon
- teilweise renovierungsbedürftig
- KEINE Provision
- für Küche, Badschrank, etc.: Einmal-Zahlung von 100€
- Nachmittagssonne
- Kabelempfang
- Übergabe der Wohnung besenrein, unrenoviert
- festes Einkommen vom Vermieter gewünscht
- Kaution in Höhe von 2 oder 3 Monatskaltmieten
Nachtrag:
- Die Kosten belaufen sich bei mir momentan auf 536 Euro im Monat !!!
(460€ Miete, 51€ Gas&Strom, 25€ Telefon und Internet)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und U-Bahn Linien 12 und 15 fußläufig in wenigen Minuten bzw. Sekunden erreichbar.
Trotzdem in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Wenig Verkehr.
Es tut mir leid, dass ich nicht jede Anfrage beantworten kann. Auf Grund der hohen Nachfrage wäre dies ein Tageswerk.
