Ich BIETE eine 1,5 - Zimmerwohnung im wunderschönen Kölner Viertel: Nippes. Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Bars, Restaurants, Eisdielen; alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einkaufsstraße Neusserstr. ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, nach hinten raus.
Es gibt einen Wohnraum mit Küche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Wohnung ist mit Dielenboden ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Innenhof für Fahrräder. Offiziell gehört dieser Bereich mir.
Sie liegt im EG des Hauses.
Die Wohnung wurde vor einem Jahr komplett saniert.
Das Haus ist ruhig und es wohnen fast nur junge Leute dort.
Ich SUCHE eine Wohnung ab ca. 35qm) in zentraler Lage (z.B. Belgisches, Ehrenfeld, Nippes, Zentrum, Südstadt - auf jeden Fall linksrheinisch) für mich alleine. Bis maximal 620€ warm.
Wichtig ist mir vorallem, dass die Wohnung hell ist und am besten nich im EG.
ODER ab 4 Zimmern ab 75qm (für eine WG mit 3 Personen geeignet) bis maximal 1400€ warm.
Mit dem Einzugsdatum bin ich sehr flexibel. Sobald ein passendes Tauschangebot vorliegt, kann getauscht werden.
