Hallo,
Ich würde meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete freigeben wollen, da ich von meiner Schule aus ein Auslandspraktikum in Dublin absolvieren muss. Relativ spontan, da mir ein Mensch leider abgesagt hat und hoffe jetzt das wir uns da gegenseitig helfen können.
Die Wohung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Die KBV ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und man ist direkt in Stadt. Ebenfalls sind die Geschäfte wie Rewe, Aldi, DM und Allnatura direkt an der Haltestelle Florastraße.
Gesucht wird jemand mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Ich habe viele Mitbewohner in meiner Wohnung die regelmäßig Wasser benötigen. Ansonsten klären wir alles vor Ort! (:
Am diesen Sonntag fliege ich los und komme am 04.08.2018 morgens wieder nach Köln.
