Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Haltestelle Florastraße. Sie ist sehr ruhig, die Straße ist kaum befahren. Balkon, Waschmaschine, Badewanne sind auch dabei. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer und eine Küche, in die man sich ebenfalls setzen kann. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Balkon geht auf der Südseite zum Innenhof raus und ist sonnig tagsüber. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Ich werde in den nächsten Tagen noch Fotos hochladen.
Ich selbst wohne alleine in der Wohnung, sie ist aber auch groß genug für 2 Personen. In diesem Fall würde ich allerdings 100€ mehr berechnen.
In dem Preis ist alles drin, was man so braucht. Also Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ.
Außerdem vermiete ich die Wohnung vom 31.Juli bis 13.August.
