Ab Dezember wird unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Nippes frei.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit kleiner Einbauküche. Diese würden wir gern für einen fairen Preis in der Wohnung lassen - ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Neben dem Wohnzimmer geht's zum kleinen Schlafzimmer (sogar mir zwei Türen ;)) das zimmer ist ausreichend groß für Bett und Kleiderschrank. Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon, der locker Platz für zwei Wäscheständer und einige Pflanzen bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Florastraße entfernt. Auch bis zur Haltestelle Neusser Str/Gürtel sind es max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder beim Bahnhof. Nippes ist ein sehr toller Stadtteil mit vielen Geschäften und nette. Restaurants.
Die Wohnung wird zwischen dem 01.12. und 15.12.2018 bezugsfrei.
