Für meine schöne helle Wohnung in Sülz suche ich für 3 Monate eine Zwischenmieterin/einen Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage in einem ruhigen Haus mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Sie hat eine große Wohnküche und ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einen kleinen Flur und eine Toilette. Die Dusche befindet sich in einer Nische in der Küche, ist aber mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, sodass sie nicht auffällt. Restaurants, Supermärkte und die Bahnhaltestellen der Linien 9 und 18 sind in 4 bzw. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
