wir suchen für unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Sülz ab 1.6.12 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, verfügt über einen Südbalkon in den grünen Innenhof und ist mit abgeschliffenen Holzdielen ausgestattet.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett, vielfältige Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es füßläufig. Der Beethovenpark ist um die Ecke. Die Küche soll vom Nachmieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, für eine WG leider nicht.
Besichtigungstermine: Freitag, den 13.4.12 und Samstag, den 14.4.12
