Wir lösen unsere charmante WG in einer unrenovierten Altbauwohnung in Köln-Sülz auf und suchen zum 15.08.2014 Nachmieter. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad, getrenntes WC, 2 Schlafzimmer (ca 15 und 20 qm gross), Wohnküche mit Zugang zum Süd-Balkon in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Der Boden besteht aus alten Holzdielen, die Wände sind alle weiss gestrichen. Der Vermieter wünscht ausdrücklich, dass kein Paar einzieht, sondern, dass es eine WG mit 2 Berufstätigen bleibt. Ausserdem wird wahrscheinlich die Kaltmiete noch erhöht werden. Meldet Euch per Mail, wenn Ihr Interesse habt.
