Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche für meine schöne 2- Zimmer Wohnung zum 01.07.2015 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung hat ein weiß- gefliestes Bad mit einer Dusche und einem Waschmaschinenanschluss. Im Flur ist sowohl ein Schuhschrank als auch eine Abstellkammer in die Wand integriert. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell. Von diesem geht es in das ebenfalls große Schlafzimmer. Von beiden Zimmern kann man den Balkon begehen. Die Küche ist relativ klein, weiß und müsste von mir für 400 € übernommen werden. Die Wohnung hat einen Kellerraum.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar (Haltestelle Sülzgürtel, Linie 13 + 18). Auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Cafés sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar,
Der Vermieter benötigt einen Gehaltsnachweis der letzten 3 Monate.
