manche wollen sich vergrößern und manche wollen sich verkleinern, warum also nicht tauschen?
Da der Wohnungsmarkt in Sülz/Klettenberg nicht gerade bezaubernd ist versuche ich diesen Weg.
Ich biete eine ruhige 112 qm Wohnung (Altbau, Parkett, 2 Zimmer, 1 Wohn- Esszimmer, KDB, Balkon vorne und hinten) in Sülz für 1300.- warm zzgl. Gas & Strom. Das Haus ist sehr Familienfreundlich, deshalb sind Familien mit Kindern auch Willkommen.
Ich selber suche eine kleinere Wohnung ab 45 qm mit Balkon oder Garten in Sülz bis max. 700,- all inkl.
Vielleicht klappt es ja - man soll ja immer neue Wege gehen. ;)
