Die Wohnung ist 28 qm groß und perfekt geschnitten. Es gibt eine Einbauküche, die sich etwas vorgelagert im Flur befindet, ein kleines Bad mit abgetrennter Toilette und einen großen Wohnraum. Durch die große Fensterfront ist der Raum sehr hell. Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus und ist deswegen auch schön ruhig. Es ist Platz genug für ein großes Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Schrank.
Die Linien 9, 18 und 13 sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sowie viele Bars, Kneipen befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.Zur Uni läuft man etwa 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage.
