Unsere traumhafte Altbauwohnung in Sülz wird ab 01.02.17 frei. 83qm, 3 Zimmer, wunderschöner Dielenboden, hohe Decken mit Stuck, modernisiertes Bad mit offener Dusche und Badewanne, Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wohnung ist NICHT WG-geeignet. Bei Interesse oder Fragen gerne PN.
Die Berrenrather Str. (Wohnung liegt Höhe Manderscheider Platz) ist DIE Hauptstraße von Sülz. Man hat hier eine super Verkehrsanbindung an die Linien 13, 18 und 9.
Alle Geschäfte (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Alnatura, diverse Bäcker) des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gibt es in Hülle und Fülle.
Der Beethovenpark (von da aus auch Decksteiner Weiher) ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Vermieter möchte ausdrücklich keine WG. Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache ab Mittags möglich.
