Für unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großem Balkon suchen wir baldmöglichst, spätestens zum 1.2.2018, einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Hochparterre am Rand von Köln-Weiß in günstiger Lage zum ÖPNV. 2 Zimmer, Küche, Diele, Bad und Kellerraum gehören zur Wohnung, die eine Wohnfläche von 55 m² hat. Eine Waschküche steht allen Mietern zur Verfügung. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 550 €, die Nebenkostenvorauszahlung 125 €. Für 20 € kann ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus angemietet werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Gasterme, sodass der Verbrauch von jedem selbst bestimmt wird. Die Einbauküche, Schrankwand im Schlafzimmer und diverse Kleinmöbel müssen für 1.500 € übernommen werden.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Bahn (KVB Linie 16 und 17 in der Nähe)
