Die zwei Zimmer sind nicht von einander abgetrennt. Man kann aber einen Vorhang einbauen.
Großer Balkon und Fensterfront. Hell und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist unrenoviert zu übernehmen. Ebenso übernommen werden müsste ein Sofa, Tisch, Stühle, Kommode und Bett für insgesamt 500,00 EUR, da mir mein Vormieter in Frankfurt leider seine Möbel für 1.100,00 EUR übergeholfen hat.
Dafür fällt keine Kaution an.
