Ich bin Valentin Landes, 30 Jahre alt und wohne in Zollstock. Ab September starte ich ein Sabbatjahr, daher möchte ich meine Wohnung vorzugsweise ab September/Oktober für 1 Jahr untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist 47qm groß und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur im 1.OG gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer und die Küche liegen zum ruhigen Innenhof, das Wohnzimmer zur Straße. Die Wohnung ist in Zollstock, angrenzend an den Vorgebirgspark. Eine Anbindung an die ÖPNV (Bus und Straßenbahn) ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung möchte ich komplett möbliert für 750€ all inclusive anbieten. Anbei schicke ich ein paar Bilder für den ersten Eindruck für dich.
