Hallo,
ich gehe am 08. Juli voraussichtlich für immer, ins Ausland. Da aber noch nicht alles bis ins letzte geregelt ist, möchte ich die Wohnung zunächst erst untervermieten bis Februar 2011. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ich tatsächlich im Februar 2011 wieder in die Wohnung ziehen werde ist äußerst gering und einer Übernahme stünde dann nichts im Wege. Mit den Vermietern ist dahingehend alles geklärt, die sind sehr nett und kulant.
Ich möchte einige Möbel, z.B. den Kleiderschrank erst mal in der Wohnung lassen, also teilböbliert vermieten, darüber könnte man noch im Detail reden.
