Charming 50 sqm apartment in best location in Ehrenfeld Charmante 50 qm Wohnung in bester Lage in Ehrenfeld zur Zwischenmiete

as I plan to travel in June, my beloved 2 bedroom apartment will be available in the beautiful Ehrenfeld for June, possibly also July (after agreement) to the intermediate rental. July is still unclear. If you are interested in this and be flexible, that would definitely be an advantage :)

The apartment has quite high ceilings and windows, consists of a spacious hallway, a small but fine bathroom incl. Bath & washing machine, a kitchen with a small locker and a living room and one bedroom (with great views in the green courtyard). Although it is very central, it is quite quiet.

Since it is an intermediate rental, the apartment is fully furnished so that you can theoretically arrive alone with a suitcase. There should be everything you could need :)

It would be important to me that you are a non-smoker and that your thumb is green enough to keep my plants alive about my absence :D

The house community is also very sweet and helpful. We have a common Whatsapp group in which you can be included for the time of the intermediate rental :)

da ich plane im Juni zu verreisen, wird meine geliebte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Ehrenfeld für den Juni, ggf. auch noch den Juli (nach Absprache) zur Zwischenmiete frei. Der Juli ist allerdings noch unklar. Solltest du hieran auch Interesse haben und flexibel sein wäre das definitiv ein Vorteil :)

Die Wohnung hat recht hohe Decken und Fenster, besteht aus einem geräumigen Flur, einem kleinen aber feinen Bad inkl. Badewanne & Waschmaschine, einer Küche mit kleinem Spind sowie einem Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer (mit toller Aussicht in den grünen Innenhof). Obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt, ist es ziemlich ruhig.

Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, ist die Wohnung voll möbliert, so dass Du theoretisch allein mit einem Koffer anreisen kannst. Es sollte alles vorhanden sein, was Du so brauchen könntest :)

Wichtig wäre mir, dass Du NichtraucherIn bist und dass Dein Daumen grün genug ist, um meine Pflanzen über meine Abwesenheit am Leben zu halten :D

Die Hausgemeinschaft ist im übrigen auch sehr sweet und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Whatsapp-Gruppe in die Du für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete mit aufgenommen werden kannst :)
