Da ich 3 Monate nicht in der Stadt bin vermiete ich von Mai bis Ende Juli meine Wohnung in Konstanz Petershausen unter. Die Wohnung hinterlasse ich dir voll Möbliert mit kompletter Küchenausstattung etc. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine.
Das Wohnzimmer mit Süd-Ost Ausrichtung ist sehr hell und Sonnig, hat einen riesigen Balkon. Im Schlafzimmer ist Abendsonne.
Die Wohnung hat genug Platz, dass ihr hier auch zu zweit wohnen könntet. Ich habe einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, auf dem allerdings mein Auto steht, während ich nicht da bin. Falls du dein Fahrrad/Roller/Motorrad dazu stellen möchtest in der Zeit ist das kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist in top Lage in Konstanz-Petershausen. Man hat den Penny, Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl, Edeka, dm, Asia-Supermarkt und vieles mehr in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Ist genauso schnell am Seerhein und hat ums Eck direkt eine Bushaltestelle sowie den Bahnhof Petershausen.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn jemand in meine Wohnung kommt, der sich auch um meine Zimmerpflanzen kümmert, welche ich natürlich auch da lasse.
Strom und Wlan kommen auf die Miete noch mit 60€ dazu.
Über den genauen Einzugs und Auszugs Termin kann man nochmal sprechen, da bin ich Flexibel. Schreibt mir gerne einfach.
