Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell und besticht durch einen riesigen Balkon.
Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind in einem großen Raum mit schöner Fensterfront.
Das Schlafzimmer ist abgetrennt vom Wohnzimmer.
Wallhausen ist ein ruhiger und schöner Vorort von Konstanz und liegt direkt am Bodensee. Zu Fuß ist man in drei Minuten am Hafen und in 5 Minuten am kostenlosen Strandbad.
Busse in die Stadt fahren alle Viertel Stunde und in die Innenstadt braucht man circa eine halbe Stunde. Die Uni (Haltestelle Universität/Egg) erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten.
In Wallhausen gibt es kleinen Dorfladen, in dem man sogar Sonntagvormittags einkaufen kann. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Dettingen vorhanden.
Ich werde für einen Monat nach Kiel gehen und suche solang einen Untermieter für die Wohnung, der auch einen kleinen Kater füttern würde.
