Guten Tag, ich bin die Tima, 26 J. und studiere im Master Health Care an der HS Niederrhein.

Hey, I’m Tima. A 26 y.o. Master student. As I will be going abroad soon I‘m looking for a sublessee for my filly furnished 39m², 2 Room flat. The flat will be vacant till at least September 2020.
There is a Bed, full kitchen, washing machine and Dryer, bed sofa, Smart TV, 100 mBits Internet, a Whole Bean coffeemaker and Netflix and of course drawers and a closet. Also there: Mikrowave, Flatiron, Toaster, Water kettle, Oven and a Dishwasher.
Small animals (small dogs) are allowed too.
Die Wohnung liegt mit dem Fahrrad 6 Minuten von der Hochschule Niederrhein Süd und 10-12 Minuten von Hochschule Niederrhein West. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Nahverkehr nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist sauber, der Stadtpark Fischeln ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Lidl, Tankstelle, Kiosk, Rewe, Burger King alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Düsseldorf ist mit dem Auto 15 Minuten entfernt, mit dem Nahverkehr max. 1 Stunde.

My Apartment is minutes with the bike to University in Krefeld (10-12 MInutes to the campus West). The city is either 20 min on foot or 5 minutes with the Tram or Busses. The neighborhood is clean, there are three highways nearby so Düsseldorf is only 15 minutes by car.
There is a Park nearby, you can buy groceries at LIdl or Rewe (Lidl is only 5 minutes away on foot) and there is Burger King and other eateries nearby.
