Das Haus ist denkmalgeschützt und hat sehr hohe Decken. Keine Angst, eure Heizkosten werden deswegen nicht in die Höhe schießen, da eine Pauschale von 900 € verlangt wird. Wasser und Heizung sind da inklusive :)
Die Wohnung wurde letzten Herbst 2017 neu saniert. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (uni-10min).
Döner/Kneipe mit sky direkt unten im eg vorhanden. Um einen Döner zu holen, müsst ihr nicht einmal das Haus verlassen, einfach durch die Hintertür vom Döner und schon seid ihr direkt an einer möglichen Futterquelle.
