Wir suchen einen neuen Mieter / neue Mieterin (oder auch zwei) für eine tolle, kleine Wohnung in Landau. Die Wohnung hat ca. 42qm und ist ab 1.4.2016 zu vermieten. Neben einer Küche mit schöner EBK und Platz für einen Esstisch gibt es zwei Zimmer (ca. 14 und 10qm) und ein Duschbad. Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren (innen und außen) saniert und somit ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung selbst wird zum 1.4.2016 nochmal komplett gestrichen.
Vor dem Haus ist eine Grünfläche die im Sommer mitbenutzt werden darf. Im Keller befindet sich ein Kellerraum und ein extra Raum für eine Waschmaschine. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradschuppen und ein PKW-Parkplatz gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Horststraße und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Real und La Ola. Zur Uni sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Parkplatz und selbst auf der Straße gibt es sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
In der Nebenkostenverauszahlung sind Strom und Telefon/Internet nicht enthalten. Von Studenten erbitte ich mir eine Elternbürgschaft.
