Die Wohnung ist eine 3 Zimmerwohnung + Küche und Bad. Die Größe der drei Zimmer liegt jeweils zwischen 12-20 qm. Es sind drei getrennte Zimmer, also perfekt für eine WG geeignet (kein Durchgangszimmer). Das größte Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm hat außerdem einen Balkon. Das Tageslichtbad besitzt eine Duschwanne usw. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Alle Zimmer sind über einen Flur zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Kellerabteil.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Im Umkreis von 100m gibt es einen Lidl, Aldi und einen Real und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß auch nur 10-15 Min. Zur Uni Landau benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem hat man alles in der Nähe :)
Kaltmiete sind 630 Euro+ 70 Euro Betriebskosten. Es kommen also noch Kosten für Strom, Gas und Internet hinzu. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Kaution sind pro Person 630 Euro.
