Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Fotos folgen), verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, bekommt zeitnah neue Fenster, hat eine neue hochwertige Küche, eine nagelneue Waschmaschine im Keller, Trockenraum, Balkon, zwei gleichgroße Zimmer (das dritte ist mein Schlafzimmer), nette, ältere Hausgemeinschaft, Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Tür, S-Bahn ca. 10 min. zu Fuß, 2 min. per Bus, Autobahn A59, A3, A1 in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Uni Düsseldorf und Köln gut erreichbar, Autostellplatz mit Schranke bei Bedarf.......etc. Bei Fragen bitte anrufen bis zum 15.05 2015 ----/------- - ----/------- oder Anfrage per Mail.
