Die Wohnung ist zentral und sehr ruhig an der Salzach in der Stadt Laufen (DE) gelegen – 24 Minuten mit dem Zug außerhalb von SBG/15-20 Minuten mit Auto. Der Zug (Oberndorf Stadt – Österreich) ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß und in 3 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell in Salzburg am Hauptbahnhof. In nur wenigen Gehminuten befindet man sich im Grünen an der Salzach oder im Wald.
