Hi,
I am subletting my bedroom in july (only) in Lausanne, in a very nice neighborhood next to the train station.
You will share the apartment with 4 other amazing flatmates, workers and students (2 girls and 2 boys).
There is a big kitchen and huge living room and a balcony, perfect to enjoy the sunset light. Plus, there are 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher...and if you like gardening we have a little space for that where we have for the moment rhubarb and roses ! :-)

The flat is well situated since there are two bus stops (not even 1min walking) and buses take you to the city center or train station in 5 minutes. The lake is also very near, about 10 min walking. If you want to go to UNIL-EPFL campus, it takes 20minutes.
For shopping, there is Migros (1min walking) but if you walk a bit more there are Coop, Denner.
The neighborhood is particularly nice since there's a park "Parc de Milan" very near and the lake within a walking distance. It is pretty quiet and green.
No specific requirements. Bring only your smile :)
