Hallo Leute,
Mein Mitbewohner und ich lösen unsere WG auf da ich wegen meines Studiums wegziehen muss.Wir haben die Wohnung letzten Dezember komplett renoviert, sprich überall hochqualitatives Laminat (kein Baumarkt Billigzeug) verlegt und neu gestrichen.
Die Wohnung ist in 2 Große ( 20 / 22 qm ) und ein kleines (10 qm ) Zimmer geteilt. Sie bietet daher die perfekte Vorraussetzung für eine 2er WG oder für ein Pärchen. Unsere Hausmitbewohner sind sehr freundlich und es herrscht ein Familiäres Umfeld.
Aldi, Lidl, Rewe sind in 5 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen und wer ein Stückchen weiter weg will muss bloß den 2 min langen Fußmarsch zur Haltestelle Lindenauer Markt, welche von zahlreichen Straßenbahnlinien angefahren wird, auf sich nehmen.
