Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung gelegen zwischen den Steintreppen am Kanal und dem Henriettenpark sucht vom 1.3. bis 31.3. neue Bewohner/innen, da mein Mann und ich verreisen.
Die Wohnung kann gut alleine oder als Paar bewohnt werden.
Unsere Ausstattung umfasst neben Standardmobiliar unter anderen eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, einen WLAN-Drucker, einen Bildschirm und einen Smart TV. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung.
Ein abweichender Mietzeitraum ist verhandelbar.

Our beautiful apartment located between the stone steps on the canal and the Henriettenpark can be rented from 6.8. until 15.9., as my husband and I will go travel.
The apartment can be inhabited well alone or as a couple.
In addition to standard furniture, our facilities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, a well-equipped kitchen, a height-adjustable desk, a WiFi printer, a screen and a smart TV. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom.
A different rental period is negotiable.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - die Fahrzeit bis zum Hauptbahnhof beträgt 15 Minuten. Ein Netto ist 5 Minuten und ein Kaufland 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch die belebte Karl-Heine-Straße mit vielen Bars und Cafés erreicht man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Wer lieber im Grünen bleiben oder den Karl-Heine-Kanal genießen möchte, kann auch einfach auf dem Balkon bleiben.

The lively Karl Heine Street with many bars and cafes can be reached within a few minutes. Those who prefer to stay in the countryside or enjoy the Karl-Heine Canal can simply stay on the balcony.
