Eine sehr schön geschnittene, helle 2-Raum-Wohnung, die ich aus beruflichen Gründen leider verlassen muss. Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab Ende September. Bad und Küche sind gefliest und haben große Fenster. Das Schlafzimmer, sowie das Bad und die Küche, sind auf der ruhigen Innenhofseite mit schönem Blick ins Grüne und auf MDR.. Das Wohnzimmer ist auf der Straßenseite. Alle Zimmer sind von Licht durchflutet. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sowie Flur haben ein echt schönes Laminat. Ich selber hatte mich damals sofort in diese Wohnung verliebt und verlasse sie nun ungern.
Lagebeschreibung:
Stünzer Park, Lene-Voigt-Park und andere kleinere Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe bieten gute Erholungsmöglichkeiten an.
Spielplatz auch in der Nähe.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle - Linien 72/73 - Richtung Hauptbahnhof (nur 10 Minuten Fahrt).
Auch zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten schon im Stadtzentrum, am Augustusplatz.
GLEICH UM DIE ECKE befinden sich:
-Apotheke, Ärzte
-ALDI (Martinstr.) und KONSUM (Georg-Fuchs-Str. 31a)
-KAUFLAND erreichbar mit dem Bus Richt. Hauptbahnhof in "Köhlerstraße" (nur 3 Haltestellen)
-PAUNSDORF CENTER gut mit dem Bus 72/73 erreichbar (Richtung "Sommerfeld")
-zahlreiche Bäckereien und Döner-Läden (Zweinaundorfer Str., Dresdner Str., Täubchenweg)
-Kneipen "Substanz" und "4Rooms" (Täubchenweg)
