Ich gehe ein Jahr auf Reisen und so wird meine schöne 3-Zimmerwohnung für ein Jahr zur Untermiete frei.
Die Wohnung ist in Leipzig am Lene-Voigt-Park gelegen und ist liebevoll und ökoloisch von meinen Vormieterinnen saniert worden. Dazu gibt es einen kleinen Hinterhof und eine tolle Hausgemeinschaft!
Idealerweise kommst du/ ihr neu nach Leipzig und wollt erstmal was zur Untermiete? Oder kommt nur für ein Jahre her?
Ihr mögt Katzen und hättet Lust, euch in dem Jahr um den Hauskater Moritz zu kümmern? Prima!
Bei gutem Wetter kann man es sich im Hinterhof gemütlich machen und wenn man mag mit den anderen sehr netten Hausbewohner:innen ins Gespräch kommen. Wenn es heiß wird, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl, da Hochpaterre. Rewe, Kaufland, Penny und Denns sind fußläufig entspannt erreichbar, der Lene-Voigt-Park und Späti nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn 4 und die Buslinien 70 und 72.
Meldet euch sehr gern mit ein paar Sätzen zu euch. :)
