Wir möchten unsere 3 Zimmeraltbau-Wohnung mit zusätzlicher großer Wohnküche in Anger-Crottendorf gerne gegen eine mindestens 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Anger-Crottendorf, Reudnitz, Neustadt-Neuschönefeld, Sellerhausen-Stünz, Schönefeld, Volkmarsdorf oder Zentrum-Ost tauschen.
Unsere Wohnung hat zu bieten:
- 3 gleich große Zimmer ohne Durchgangszimmer (nach Osten und Westen)
- helle Wohnküche mit anschließendem Balkon
- Abstellkammer in Küche
- Tageslichtbad
- Holztüren und Holzfenster
- nette, junge, tolerante Hausgemeinschaft
- großer Flur
Wir wünschen uns (und hier bitte nur Tauschangebote, die dies erfüllen):
- mindestens 4 bewohnbare Zimmer ohne Durchgang à mindestens 13 qm
Bezüglich Wohnungstauschdatum sind wir recht flexibel, vorzugsweise Anfang nächsten Jahres.
Direkt an der Breiten Straße, 1 min. bis zur Tram, Spätis, Kaufland, Aldi alles um die Ecke.
