Ruhige 2-Zimmerwohnung mit schönem Garten und Balkon (längerer Zeitraum möglich)

Ich bin für ein paar Wochen probewohnen in einem Hausprojekt, in das vielleicht auch einziehe. In der Zeit will ich meine Wohnung zur Untermiete anbieten, ich habe vier Wochen ab dem 15. Mai 2024 angepeilt, aber das können wir auch noch individuell besprechen. Es besteht langfristig die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu übernehmen.

Es ist eine kleine 2-Zimmerwohnung im EG, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist, beide Wohnräume sind Richtung Garten. Der Garten ist moosig mit schönen Bäumen, in den man sich mit Decke gut legen kann. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz. Außerdem gibt es eine Eckbadewanne und einen cuten Balkon, auf dem ich sehr gern esse und lese. Die Küche ist auch schön gemütlich und voll ausgestattet.

Ich habe eine Hund, der normalerweise in der Wohnung wohnt. Den nehme ich natürlich mit, aber bei Allergien kann ich nichts garantieren.

I'm doing a trial period for a few weeks in a house project that I might move into. During this time, I want to offer my flat as a sublet; I'm aiming for four weeks from 15 May 2024, but we can discuss this individually. There is the possibility of taking over the flat in the long term.

It is a small 2-room flat on the ground floor in a very quiet location, both living rooms face the garden. The garden is mossy with beautiful trees where you can lie down with a blanket. There is a bedroom and a living room with a workplace. There is also a corner bath and a nice balcony where I like to eat and read. The kitchen is also nice and cosy and fully equipped.

I have a dog that normally lives in the flat. Of course I take him with me, but I can't guarantee anything in case of allergies.
