Die Wohnung liegt kurz hinter'm Connewitzer Kreuz. Perfekt für Spaziergänge und Kneipe gleichermaßen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 Minuten, Bushaltestelle 1 Minute entfernt.

The apartment is located just behind the Connewitzer Kreuz. Perfect for walks and pubs alike. Streetcar stop is 5 minutes away, bus stop 1 minute.

Ich bin momentan selten in Leipzig, deshalb wird eine Besichtigung vor Ort nur an wenigen Tagen möglich sein.
Ich werde allerdings das nächste Mal ein Besichtigungsvideo machen, damit du in jedem Fall einen Eindruck von der Wohnung bekommen kannst.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast. Die solltest du nachweisen können.
Brauche ich aber nicht vorab, sondern erst bei Vertragsabschluss.
Bitte schreibe mir eine Nachricht, wenn du interessiert bist und ruf' nicht an - ich habe tagsüber kaum Zeit für Telefonate. Ich antworte dann aller Wahrscheinlichkeit am Abend.

I'm rarely in Leipzig at the moment, so a viewing on site will only be possible on a few days.
However, I will make a viewing video next time I'm there so that you can get an impression of the apartment in any case.
It's important to me that you have liability insurance. You should be able to provide proof of this.
However, I don't need this in advance, but only when you sign the contract.
